If you wish to return your item, please take your package to the nearest post office or pickup point and return it to The Good Stuff Factory within 14 days of delivery. Return shipments are at your own expense. Of course, you can also return your item to our store. Always welcome.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. Fortunately, postal services are very reliable these days. However, we recommend that you keep your shipping receipt.

We ask that items be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped; clean, unused and with all tags still intact if present.

Once your package arrives, we will process your return, activate the refund and send you a confirmation email.

Exception for professional customers ( purchase with VAT or company number) For a professional customer, there is no right of withdrawal. Under Belgian law, the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, not professional customers. Thus, this right of return does not apply to professional customers who make purchases in the course of their business or professional activities.
